Struggling with anxiety? Let’s talk.

Your response to last week’s blog post was beyond encouraging. To those of you who took the time to let me know I am not alone in struggling with anxiety, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Whether it was via text message, blog comments, or Facebook messages, I appreciate your openness and honesty more than you know! You gently and graciously reminded me I have nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed of.

I simply cannot thank you enough for that.

With that being said, I’ve spent the last few days thinking about each of you and trying to figure out what we can do to make this better.

Struggling with Anxiety

We have NO IDEA what others are currently going through or what they have gone through in the past. 

We have no idea who else is struggling with anxiety.

Judging by the response I received, we obviously are not the only ones struggling with anxiety!

There are others, and they need us.

How can we help each other speak up?

What can we do to minimize the number of people silently suffering?

Although I don’t know, I want to figure it out…but I need YOUR help!

Together, we can create a safe environment for others to freely open up and communicate their struggles with us.


There are only five questions and they are all open-ended. Please be as detailed as possible, as I will be using your anonymous responses to write an upcoming blog post to help others who may be struggling with anxiety.
