What to Anticipate the Next Two Years in Real Estate
Buyers have been frustrated since last summer (2022) as interest rates have been more than double (if not more) than what they were a few years ago during the pandemic. A lot of real estate agents are leaving the career because of this changing market but not this gal. I love what I do and I love being challenged! Why You Should Get a Home Inspection
During the pandemic, a lot of buyers were waiving. home inspections in order to stand out from other offers. While doing so does make your offer stronger and more appealing to the seller, it’s not in your best interest as the buyer who will soon be living in the house to waive the home inspection. As a real estate agent, this is NEVER something I recommend to my clients.

The “busy season” in real estate is typically from February 1st—July 4th so we are in full swing! There’s not as many buyers in the market as there have been in the past because interest rates are not what they were. However, that doesn’t mean it’s not a good time to buy.
